Imagine. Create. Dream. Wayfind.Vision. Big or small, personal or organizational, easy or challenging, your vision inspires and brings others on the journey. Our brains are wired for possibility, but our world is structured to achieve specific goals on a set path. I challenge you - leaders, team members, and organizations - to imagine a space in which possibility exists, in which your bold vision can emerge, even within the current structure. And visionary leadership does not have to be a lonely enterprise, instead, you have choices about how to draw a vision forth.

Our lives are not just what happens to us, but also the stories we tell about what happened. This is true as individuals, in relationships, and with our organizations.
