My Background
I’ve been a coach, trainer, facilitator, consultant, rabbi and mentor for over 25 years and in numerous settings, including corporate, small business, summer camp, and higher education. I’m certified in several assessments, including Prism, MBTI, and PrinciplesYou. Ordained in 1998, I served as a congregational rabbi at Temple B’nai Shalom in Fairfax Station, Virginia, and as Director of the North American Federation of Temple Youth (NFTY), a 12,000-teen youth movement.
